TIJUANA, BC.- Tijuana's favorite, Omar Quintero, will be returning to Zonkeys once again to work under the orders of new Coach Angel Gonzalez to compete for the title of the 2014 edition of the Basketball Circuit of the Pacific Coast (Cibacopa in Spanish).
Quintero had a great year with Tampico Huracanes in the Professional National Basketball League (LNBP in Spanish), helping the team make it to the Playoffs.
He will be accompanied by Luis "Chupa" Ramirez, another fan favorite to get the team into the Final, after two seasons making it into the Semifinals.
The team will debut on March 28th against Caborca Mineros, but will open up the season at home on April 1st and 2nd against Ciudad Obregon Trigueros.
