Costa Azul Taco
Pico de gallo with bacon-wrapped shrimp, cabbage, caramelized onion, marlin, chipotle dressing, purple onion, and a double yellow tortilla that is larger than the typical ones are all included in this taco. When the chef tasted it, he saw that the taco also had a cheese shell, and he characterized it as a flavor explosion because of all of these ingredients.
The tortilla is golden brown but not toasted, so it's not difficult to consume. Danny said that anything with bacon adds a little more taste, and he gave this taco de lio an 8.3 rating.

Taco al Pastor with shrimp and octopus
Danny emphasized the intricacies and aesthetics of this taco, which includes octopus and shrimp al pastor, gratin cheese, coriander, red onion, coriander sauce, and a double yellow tortilla, similar to the last taco but more golden.
He noted that the octopus has a strong adobo taste, while the shrimp has a milder flavor, and that the taco sauce reminded him of one he had during the first season of Una Mordida Tacos Tijuana, which was composed of avocado and cilantro. The gratin cheese adds an excellent contrast to the rest of the dish.
Danny stated that the mix of ingredients is fairly delicious; however, it was a little too salty, which can easily be remedied with a few drops of lemon. This cue received an 8.6 rating.
