On Sunday, June 1, 2025, the Mayor María del Rocío Adame Muñoz of Playas de Rosarito will work to guarantee a secure and orderly election day by coordinating efforts with authorities from all three levels of government on security matters.
During a strategic meeting, the mayor consulted with Héctor Manzo Ruvalcaba, the city’s Secretary of Public Safety, as well as representatives from the State Attorney General’s Office, the State Secretariat of Citizen Security, the National Guard, and the Mexican Army. Together, they established a joint security operation that divides Playas de Rosarito into different zones, ensuring broader coverage and a faster response to any incidents.
This strategy aims to protect citizens’ right to vote in a safe and peaceful environment. “We are working in a coordinated manner to ensure this democratic exercise proceeds smoothly. The safety of Rosarito natives is our top priority,” the mayor said.
The municipal government urges the public to report any incidents via emergency hotlines during the 2025 Federal Judiciary Election.
