Generally, complaints from citizens are aimed against the authorities, because of their inefficiency, arrogance, corrupt ways, and so on. But, what happens when citizens are the ones who fail to respect the authorities?
On this occasion, it is the citizens who are the ones who are doing wrong, starting with the cyclist who was going up the street in the opposite direction "I'm just going to a street" he said, which is where this whole incident began.

What began as a discussion between the cyclist and the officer, ended with people intervening to the point that a lady slaps the officer and another person takes his gun from his holster, while getting extremely arrogant and challenging the officer.
