In a meeting centered on grassroots strategy, Morena’s leadership in Baja California met with the “Poor People First” Committee, reaffirming a shared commitment to social transformation and community-driven change.
Rosina del Villar Casas, president of the party’s State Executive Committee, attended the working session, underscoring the importance of local dialogue in advancing Mexico’s Fourth Transformation project.
Del Villar said that creating spaces for internal reflection remains essential because it allows the party to hear directly from its base and move forward with clarity and conviction.

The agenda focused on strengthening community organization and boosting local participation across Ensenada’s neighborhoods. Discussions also aimed at reinforcing the political and social goals of the ruling movement within the state.
Del Villar emphasized unity as a non-negotiable principle, particularly at what she called a pivotal moment for the country. She also noted the key role of committees like Poor People First, calling them vital for grounding the party’s decision-making in the everyday needs of citizens.
