INDONESIA.- Two days after AirAsia's Airbus A320-200 went missing without any distress call or other messages, new reports from several sources in Indonesian aviation have revealed a possible reason for the planes disappearance and crash.

The flight had 162 people aboard and it could be at the bottom at the sea, as it was confirmed by an Indonesian official to Reuters, meanwhile, the search is still going.

With the help mainly of Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia crews (and now, the U.S.) the search was continued today after daybreak, then mostly carried out by boats and ships during the night now.

Rescuers

[p]believe that the plane suffered an accident due to bad weather, which is why its remains are being search for in the Java sea. Thirty ships and fifty aircraft are being used for the search, according to the Indonesian airline and rescue authorities.

Australia´s "ABCNews" tweeted that an Australian search party had possibly found suspicious objects near the area where the plane might had fallen, but that authorities couldn't actually confirmed it, given the Indonesian government is in charge of any published information.

Several sources in Indonesia and in the aviation industry confirmed that flight QZ8501 requested going up to an altitude of 38,000 feet

[p]in order to avoid storms in the area. The request was denied by the control tower due to traffic of other planes at the same height. Minutes after the request though, the plane lost contact.

Flight QZ8501 took off Sunday morning (local hour) from Surabaya, Indonesia and was headed to Singapore, 155 people were passengers and 7 part of the crew; 157 people were from Indonesia, three from South Korea, one from Singapore, one from United Kingdom, one from France and one from Malaysia.

This is the third flight with Malaysian ties that has been lost. AirAsia Malaysia is the owner of 49% of AirAsia Indonesia stock, also owners of this missing flight; in 2014 flight MH17 came down over Ukraine, and prior to it, flightMH370 from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing disappeared, a mysterious incident that, to this day, still has no answers.
