The goal is to improve the professionalism, respect, integrity, diversity and excellence among the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) officers and their interaction with the public at the Mexico ports of entry.

The politician with Mexican heritage recently introduced the legislation in the Bill Assignation of the Department of National Security 2015, which requires that Customs and Border Patrol agents review the training manuals, courses and practices to report incidents within the agency.
