Before your session, it is recommended to take some precautions to make sure that this experience goes smoothly:
– Comfort: Use comfy clothes and closed shoes with thick soles.
– Health: If you have cardiac issues, high pressure, mental disorders, or are pregnant get a checkup with your doctor.
– Age: You have to be of legal age, minors can be accompanied by a guardian.
– Duration: This complete experience lasts from 20 to 25 minutes.
