One of the key moves updates the city’s information technology rules to speed up the shift to digital services. The change will allow Rosarito to create a centralized digital filing system, making it easier for residents and businesses to complete paperwork, reducing wait times, and streamlining city processes without adding new staff.

City officials also pointed to closer coordination between the Fire Department, Civil Protection, and public safety teams.
