Mayor Rocío Adame highlighted the significance of the new regulations, stating they represent a crucial step in dignifying the work of police officers. The code establishes clear operational guidelines and incorporates strategic areas within the department. It also includes provisions to explore complementary contribution schemes aimed at improving retirement conditions for municipal officers.

In addition, City Hall also approved a reform to municipal regulations concerning graffiti. Proposed by Councilwoman Graciela Aguirre Higuera, the measure seeks to preserve public spaces by regulating such expressions and fostering a culture of respect for the city’s appearance.

With these approvals, the Rosarito government reaffirms its commitment to building safer communities and promoting an orderly environment for local families through stronger, more modern institutions.
