On Saturday July 19, 2025, Rosarito Beer Fest celebrated its seventh edition at Hotel Las Rocas Resort & Spa in Playas de Rosarito. And once again, the city became the center of one of summer’s most anticipated beer events.
Visitors from both sides of the border and even from other countries gathered at the resort to share their love for craft beer, with offerings from different parts of Baja California.
Flavors of Baja: Over 20 Breweries in Attendance
Starting at 1:00 PM, Rosarito Beer Fest opened its doors to dozens of people. Amid music, colors, and a festive atmosphere, craft beer took center stage.
Attendees walked through the event’s long passageway to sample flavors originating from various cities, including Rosarito, Tijuana, Ensenada, Mexicali, and San Felipe. Among the participating breweries were:
- TresPuntos Home Brew (Mexicali)
- Delliott’s Cervecería (Tijuana)
- Casquera Home Brew (Rosarito)
- Marejada Brewing (Rosarito)
- Cerveza Casa Quemada (Mexicali)
Guillermo from Tres Puntos even shared:
“We try to create something a little different, something that’s being replicated by other breweries. We aim to expand people’s options so they can try new things.”
The variety of styles impressed with its richness: from exotic flavors to light notes of spices, fruits, and chocolate, perfect for both connoisseurs and newcomers.
Participating brands offered generous tastings, and some even gave away stickers, Hawaiian leis, and other decorations to fully immerse attendees in the festival’s summer vibe.
This year, the event also introduced the “People’s Choice” competition, allowing attendees to vote for:
- Best Brewery
- Best Beer
- Best Booth (Decoration & Service)
Voting was done via a QR code printed on each exhibitor’s flyer.
Live Music and Multiple Stages Livened Up the Beer Festival
Rosarito Beer Fest lit up the stage and spread good vibes across its three stages. The event featured live music from bands like Mala Fama and Sweet Band, local DJs, and even an open mic section where anyone had the chance to sing, recite, or play an instrument—perfect for discovering local talent!
Music was the perfect ingredient to get everyone on their feet. Even those in the pool couldn’t resist the rhythms and came out to enjoy the great performances.
Next to the main stage, attendees not only enjoyed the music but also cooled off in the available pools. With a spectacular ocean view, locals and visitors alike reveled in the atmosphere of Rosarito Beer Fest 2025.
With an energetic atmosphere, flavors of Baja, and local talent, Rosarito Beer Fest solidified itself as a must-attend event for craft beer lovers. The perfect blend of tradition and innovation brought together a diverse community that celebrated the cultural and culinary wealth of Baja California.
