Summer heat has arrived, and what better way to enjoy the sunshine than with a refreshing drink in hand? Playas de Rosarito is getting ready to host the seventh edition of the Rosarito Beer Fest, a vibrant celebration of Baja California’s craft beer scene.
This one-of-a-kind event brings together the best of local brewing, set against the scenic backdrop of the beach. The Playas de Rosarito Tourism and Convention Committee (COTUCO) invites locals and visitors from both Californias to be part of this unforgettable experience.
A Toast to Baja’s Best Brews
With more than 20 craft breweries from across the state, guests will have the chance to sample a wide variety of styles and flavors in a lively setting filled with music and energy.
This year’s edition also features the People’s Choice contest, where attendees will vote for the best brewery, the best beer, and the best stand, based on decoration and service. Voting will be easy and accessible, using QR codes placed at each booth for real-time participation.
The festival will take place on Saturday, July 19, at Las Rocas Resort and Spa in Playas de Rosarito. Doors open at 12:30 p.m., and the celebration begins at 1:00 p.m.

Rosarito Beer Fest is a complete experience that celebrates the craft beer culture in a festive and welcoming environment. Live music will be featured across three stages, including performances by local bands and DJs such as Mala Fama, Show Band, Audictivo, and Nopal Ché. There will also be an open mic area for up-and-coming artists.
A food court will offer tacos, seafood, and other local specialties that pair perfectly with your favorite brews. Guests will also enjoy stunning ocean views from Las Rocas Resort, with designated lounge areas and photo spots perfect for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere. And make sure to bring your swimwear, since attendees will have access to the resort’s facilities, including the swimming pools.

Rosarito Beer Fest is a family-friendly event. Minors are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pets are also welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash.
