The 2025 Fish & Seafood Festival is gearing up to celebrate the hard work of local fishermen, producers, chefs, and winemakers through an exceptional gastronomic experience. A press conference held this Thursday revealed exciting details about the upcoming event.

Organized by COTUCO Rosarito (Tourism and Conventions Committee of Playas de Rosarito), this festival is part of a packed calendar of events and promises to be the perfect outing for quality family time. This flavorful celebration will take place on Saturday, August 2, at the Rosarito Beach Hotel from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with tastings available until 5:00 PM or while supplies last.

This oceanside culinary experience will feature not only exquisite seafood but also an afternoon filled with live music, fine wines, and entertainment. Pre-sale tickets are priced at $750 pesos ($40 USD), while day-of-event tickets cost $950 pesos ($51 USD).

This year’s festival will showcase top-tier chefs, including Oliver Seki, Diego Vargas, and Jairo Villalvaso, who have represented Mexico at Bocuse d’Or, one of the world’s most prestigious cooking competitions—often dubbed the “Olympics of Gastronomy.” Attendees can expect local producers and over 30 restaurants serving up their best.

Each ticket includes a commemorative glass, 10 food tastings, 5 wine tastings, and access to the live music program and they are available online at www.tuacceso.com and at the following participating restaurants:

  • Máxico
  • Xantina
  • La Casa del Antojito
  • M122 Bistro & Coffee
  • Kura Café
  • Hacienda de Badú
