Playas de Rosarito tourism officials and restaurant leaders have launched “Welcome to Rosarito, Flavors to Fall in Love With,” a new campaign designed to spotlight the destination’s culinary scene and draw more visitors to the coastal city.
The initiative is a joint effort between the Playas de Rosarito Tourism and Convention Committee and the local chapter of Mexico’s National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry. Organizers say the goal is to boost visibility for local restaurants by highlighting the city’s range of cuisine, quality service, and dining experiences through social media and digital promotions.
As part of the rollout, the public is encouraged to follow the official Instagram accounts @canirac_rosarito and @rosarito_baja, where recommendations, features, and stories will showcase places to eat and explore across the destination.

The campaign is part of a broader push by tourism and business leaders to support local spending, strengthen the hospitality sector, and reinforce Rosarito’s reputation as a culinary destination in Baja California.
