According to L.A. Times the beautiful city of Los Angeles will face a powerful storm which will begin this Thursday night. The website cites the weather specialist, scientist Daniel Swain, who says: "Friday's storm in particular could become the strongest of the season in Los Angeles".

NBC San Diego confirms this storm will move to south and will also bring with it strong winds through Friday's midday in San Diego. The coastal zones will be the most affected.
On the other hand this will also make an impact in Tijuana; according to the National Weather Service (NWS) San Diego, Santa Margarita and Tijuana rivers will flood.
Here's a map from the NWS which clearly shows how Tijuana will also be affected by this storm.
