In order to make opening new businesses easier and improve process and services to companies, the Municipal Council of Regulatory Improvement was created to convert itself in a public political instrument to take down the backwardness regarding the topic, and the Companies' Immediate Opening Notice (unique in the country) has helped start formal business in malls or commercial plazas, as well as industrial parks, in just 15 minutes on the Internet.
In addition, the Rapid Opening System for Companies which grants Definitive Operation Licenses in 72 hours was reinstalled, and has integrated all of its processes and services in the Municipal Registry of Business Procedures, the same that has been published on the Internet and can be consulted. It is hoped that before September, the ten main processes will be realized online.
In order to promote economic development, over 4,000 companies have been supported with financing, investment stimuli, training and counseling to strengthen their businesses, as well as organisms and business chambers such as DEITAC, CDT and CANACINTRA, forums, business events and gatherings such as the Mujer PYME Forum, Aerospace Forum, job fairs, supplier meet-ups, incubators and accelerators such as the ENDEAVOR Summit and the TECH AVM & Hub Station Tour, and clusters such as those in IT and aerospace industries.
