A couple of months ago in the area of Las Palmas, Tijuana, some Tijuana residents decided to give an original twist to Puebla's Arabian tacos. They started a little red food truck called Tabe, where everything on the menu has great seasoning, EVERYTHING, even the fries.
At first sight, these tacos may seem something very simple and effortless, but the meat's flavor is unique, you won't find any other stand in the streets at night in Tijuana with this amazing taste. The secret of this can be summarized in one word: Marinated.

The "Tabe" food truck offers five styles of tacos: Beef, Chicken, Buffalo, Mushrooms, and Octopus (my favorite). All of them wrapped in pita bread, which prevents your taco from tearing apart before your second bite.

The price is a bit expensive ($2.50 dlls), but if you're on budget then you can order one of their combos and share a picture of the food in any social network and they will give you a free order of fries.
