Adobada Taco
This taco has adobada, onion, cilantro, bird’s beak chile sauce, aguamole (guacamole diluted with too much water), and it is served on two store-bought corn tortillas. There were two ingredients that Chef Danny said had a good color: the salsa and the adobada meat. Both had a good red hue, which usually means good flavor.
When he tried it, he confirmed his theory as both the sauce and the adobada had very good flavor. Something that did take off a few points was the aguamole and the tortillas weren’t really that good. Despite this, the salsa and the adobada got an excellent rating from him, which added points to the taco. This is why this taco gets a rating of 8.1.
Price: $1.66 dollars ($30 pesos)

Asada Taco
This taco has carne asada (grilled beef), onion, cilantro, huevona sauce, aguamole, and it is served with a white corn tortilla. When he took his first bite, Chef Danny claimed that the smoked and coal flavors were very present in the taco.
The huevona sauce was somewhat spicy, something which is not very common with this type of salsas. However, they did add some spiciness in this establishment. The tortilla was the one that is usually used for varied tacos, as it had a subtle maize flavor, but it was missing some push. This is why this taco gets a rating of 7.1.
