Despite taking place in Colombia, it's almost an exact copy of "Breaking Bad", down to Walt's breakdown in the store against those bullies and the way Jesse, or "José", clambers out from a window and first meets Walt while running from the DEA. Frame by frame, its the same except with different actors and slightly more Latin locales.
There is one noticeable deviation from the source material though. Instead of an RV, Walter looks like he's cooking meth in an old bus, probably stemming from the fact that mobile homes are rare in Colombia and wouldn't make much sense for Jesse's Latino version, José, to own one.
"Metástasis" will air in 2014 on Univisión.
