This festival is part of one of the four parts of The Laguna Viral Forum in its 4th edition. The first will be held in Camino Verde, the second in Parque de la amistad, and at the same time in Playas de Tijuana at El Faro, in collaboration with the Deported Mothers Association, while the third will be and Intercultural Festival in Downtown, and the last one will be a binational mural supported by the two sides of the border and the association Tijuana Te Quiero (Tijuana I love you).
According to Uniradio Informa, Paulina Olvera, the director of Espacio Migrante said that the event will provide resources and information so that both foreign and national immigrants are helped, while they also participate by showing their traditions, including cuisine and Crafts.

This space aims to connect hundreds of young people from all over Mexico and Latin America to promote innovation, social entrepreneurship and the exchange of experiences. In spite of being the 4th edition of this forum, this is the first time that is held in the border city.
