If you are a coffee lover then "Prisma" is here to make your life better by succesfully preparing this drink through COLD infusion, which creates a better taste and coffee texture.

Cold infusion
slowly extracts the aroma and taste of coffee, eliminating most grain acidity and bitterness. The final result is a full-bodied coffee with great smell and flavor, which is not achieved with traditional methods. The only issue with cold infusion is that coffee should be left to soak for more than 12 hours, but Prisma manages to reduce this time to only 10 minutes.

Prisma uses a cold method of vacuum infusion, and in that way is not necessary to soak the coffee or wait longer than 10 minutes. This coffee machine has shown that the result is far superior to traditional methods, because with this type of infusion you can extract most of the subtle flavors of coffee, leaving aside the bitter ones.
