Cold infusion slowly extracts the aroma and taste of coffee, eliminating most grain acidity and bitterness. The final result is a full-bodied coffee with great smell and flavor, which is not achieved with traditional methods. The only issue with cold infusion is that coffee should be left to soak for more than 12 hours, but Prisma manages to reduce this time to only 10 minutes.

Prisma uses a cold method of vacuum infusion, and in that way is not necessary to soak the coffee or wait longer than 10 minutes. This coffee machine has shown that the result is far superior to traditional methods, because with this type of infusion you can extract most of the subtle flavors of coffee, leaving aside the bitter ones.

Prisma already won awards for best product at the Coffee Fest in Dallas, and left impressed all coffee enthusiasts who visit the festival. The creators of this wonderful coffee machine work in collaboration with Sunergos Coffee, a coffee shop and very nationally recognized toaster plant in the United States and Baratza, a brand of coffee grinders that offer a discount on their products to acquire Prisma coffee machine.

Prisma is available in Indiegogo for $ 229 dollars, although for the time all deliveries are only within the US, the company expects soon to make international shipments.
