This event is just an example of the great cultural activity going on in this region, which has many people speaking well of this border town and has put Tijuana in the spotlight for its innovation, along with its new culinary and technological advancements.

The event will take place just a few minutes away from the international border, practically in front of the doors steps of the Caesar's restaurant that will be the host of the festival and will also offer samples of its gastronomic treasures, including the famous salad that bears its name and has given international fame to the city of Tijuana.
