During some time, it was said that a spot of tortas de chilaquiles would open in La Plaza (or Plaza Fiesta), one of the favorite spots of Tijuanenses to party. But the project wasn' t carried out and people were a bit dissapointed.
Even so, the idea was not ruled out completely and now, starting this Friday, June 15, a new place will open at La Plaza to give you a perfect dose of tortas or chilaquiles burritos.
The new spot will be called "Las Chilacas" and will be located right in front of the Montecristo Bar, specifically in a kiosco that's been empty for a while, but now will be full with flavor and spice.
But you will not only enjoy burritos and tortas, because "Las Chilacas" will also sell Café de la Olla (Coffee straight from a pot).
Open from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am.
