These are just a few comments that have been made so far in some social networks: "I hope they don't only change the names, but also fix them and keep them well maintained, because if they don't then they will just be ruining a very flattering idea."- Gaby Gomez.
"I'm not impressed by the name changes of these streets, but instead it really bothers me as a citizen, that they used their time in council for this, when there are more important issues that have been and are pending!"-Priscila Cotta.
"What a bunch of what's this about of name changing of the main boulevards of Tijuana! It would be a better idea if they repair them! talk about wasting council time, oh please give me a break and get to work representatives."- Lily Valenzuela.
"This reminds me of the time when they changed the names of the streets in down town, and yet although the names changed, people keep on referring to the streets by numbers, so for this occasion, wow really?"- Nana Gonzalez.
