TIJUANA.-This morning, Tijuana´s mayor Doctor Jorge Aztiazarán Orcí, put to the works the Municipal Police Booth located on Calle Lomas del Campestre, of fraccionamiento Lomas de Agua Caliente, reinforcing the security work in this sector of the city.

Mayor Jorge Astiazarán indicated that to achieve a better functioning of watch posts, it is required that citizens participated reporting any type of abnormal activity in the area, with the purpose of consolidating the union between the community and the authorities as a way of procuring common well being.

The Police Booth will be in charge of agents Alexis Navarro Romero and Raul Tavera Cárdenas, with 12 hour shifts each one, so that a 24 hour patrol is placed. Futhermore, they will be assisted by units assigned to do rounds in said police district.

After the reopening of the booth, the mayor took a brief tour down the streets of Lomas Altas and Lomas de Camino, to get to know the main concerns of the area neighbors, regarding

public work and street rehabilitation.
