Tijuana municipal police agents managed to arrest three individuals who had placed a blanket with a threatening message against municipal officials. The blanket was placed at the level of Puente Ferrocarril on Vía Rápida. Municipal police agents addressed the report about this incident and also carried out an operation with support from surveillance cameras.
Once they got there, officials noticed four people who were trying to escape on a white Hyundai vehicle which, in turn, led to a pursuit.
Ramiro "N", Edgar "N", and Oscar "N", all from Tijuana, were arrested at several different nearby spots; another individual managed to escape.
Municipal agents immediately coordinated with authorities of the State Attorney's General Office to begin the investigation file about this case.
The 24th Municipal Administration of Tijuana will collaborate with investigative authorities to clear up the facts of this incident and proceed correctly while following their rights.
