A traffic police officer was hit at the Padre Kino monument by a woman who did not respect the street signs on Wednesday.
According to the newspaper Frontera, the police officer suffered serious injuries and after receiving medical attention at the scene, an ambulance transferred him to the Red Cross.
The person responsible was a woman driving a gray pickup track on Padre Kino Avenue in Zona Rio. So far no further details have been given on the incident but Sintesis TV said the woman will be presented to the authorities.
