City authorities reported a successful Halloween celebration with no major incidents as more than 30,000 people participated in festivities along Avenida Revolución on October 31st.
Tijuana’s Department of Public Safety and Citizen Protection (SSPCM) described the evening as a “no-incident” event following extensive security operations designed to ensure public safety during the holiday celebrations.
Municipal police implemented comprehensive security measures throughout the city, with particular attention to areas expecting large gatherings of young people and adults.
The coordinated deployment aimed to maintain order and ensure a safe environment for all participants.

Actions
Authorities made four arrests for administrative violations and detained one individual involved in a traffic incident where a child was struck but not seriously injured.
Officers also assisted three children who had become separated from their families, successfully reuniting all minors with their groups.

Over 30,000 Attendees
Preliminary estimates suggest over 30,000 people celebrated Halloween along Avenida Revolución, where the majority of activities took place.
The agency highlighted that, thanks to the public’s respect for the instructions given by municipal police officers, order and calm were maintained in the area. This allowed both children and adults to enjoy the celebration without major setbacks.
SSPCM commended Tijuana residents for their responsible conduct and adherence to safety instructions during the festivities.
