Rubén Valenzuela, president of the Craft Beer Expo, explained that Insurgente, Fauna, Wendlandt, Norte Brweing and BCB were in the highest demand that that, minutes before Insurgente brewery had to erase three different styles from their menu.
The food department also saw much more demand than on opening night, confirmed Humos chef Giovanni Brassea.
Some people insisted that this sudden spike in attendance on the Expos final night was due to Monterrey alt rock band Kinkys draw; it is merely a theory, but the audiences energy was only reaffirming of it, making the band finish their set until well past midnight.
