Last but not least the last speaker from the conference was Edoardo Chavarin, who is also from Tijuana and mostly known for creating the brand NaCo, that was created with a bicultural vision which is one of the strongest values that Tijuana has.

His work has reached international levels, and his sales increased when Diego Luna used one of his shirts at the MTV awards in Mexico City, where the program reached thousands of viewers in their homes, however, the turning point in the boom of sales came when the Columbian guitar player Juanes wore one of his shirts "Se Habla Español" in the Latin Grammys, which Chavarin thinks it was more as a symbol for "protest" , since the show was going to air on American television networks, and the "thank you speeches" were not allowed to be given in Spanish, because it could cause the ratings of the show to go down, which is something ironic due to the fact that to be nominated for a Latin Grammy, you must at least have one song in Spanish.

Aside from his company he has his own creative studio, where advertising campaigns for Pepsi have been worked on, as well as photo shoots with artist like Juanes and Molotov, and other great achievements he has made.

Chavarin said that in order for all students to reach their full potential, more class rooms need to be built, because with a room full of students a teacher is not able to give them very much individual attention to encourage their talents. He concluded by saying "do and do, try, and take decisions whether they are good or bad, but always make decisions".

One thing in common in the advice that all of these speakers gave was to always try, look towards the future always, set and reach for a goal and never give up until it is reached.
