Teo Ramdel, a singer representing Tijuana, has advanced to the highly anticipated knockouts round on Season 28 of NBC’s The Voice, continuing his remarkable journey on the international stage.

“We made it to the KNOCKOUTS! What a night… what a battle. Tears of joy still run down my face thinking about it. It was a tough fight against an incredible artist, Elías Gómez, an honor to share the stage with someone so talented and full of heart,” he wrote on social media.

In his heartfelt post, the singer extended his gratitude to artist and coach Michael Bublé for believing in him and to the people who have supported him since he began his career.

“Thank you to Michael Buble for believing in me, and to every single person who’s been part of this journey your love, messages, and support mean everything. From Tijuana to the world, let’s keep dreaming big together.”

From Tijuana to the World

Ramdel first captured the nation’s attention during his blind audition, where his powerful and warm rendition of Luis Miguel’s classic “Historia de un Amor” prompted a four-chair turn from judges Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, Niall Horan, and Michael Bublé. His vocal tone, compared to the “Sun of Mexico,” instantly won over the audience and made him an early standout.

His journey has since become a point of pride for his home state of Baja California, as he carries the flag for Tijuana on one of the world’s most-watched musical platforms.
