As the first hints of autumn arrive, so does one of Tijuana’s most beloved seasonal attractions: La Ruta del Maíz (The Corn Route) has officially opened its gates for the 2025 season, transforming into a vibrant playground of fall colors, family fun, and festive traditions.
What Will You Find in the 2025 Edition of La Ruta Del Maíz?
This year’s edition invites visitors to immerse themselves in spectacular settings inspired by Halloween and Día de Muertos. The route features a sprawling corn maze, a spooky witch’s house, picturesque pumpkin patches, and an interactive petting farm for children. Throughout the grounds, specially designed photo spots offer perfect opportunities to capture the season’s magic.
Guests can also indulge in classic treats like pumpkin pie and pan de muerto, alongside modern twists like pumpkin spice ice cream and tangerine-infused desserts.




Autumn Hours and Admission
La Ruta del Maíz is open now through November 9, 2025, with the following schedule:
- Monday: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday – Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Admission is priced at 180 pesos ($10 USD) per person, with children under two entering for free. Tickets are purchased on-site with cash only; reservations are not required. Please note that the event is family-friendly, and pets are not permitted.
Autumn Begins in Tijuana
As Tijuana’s official autumn begins on September 22, the city embraces a shift toward cooler temperatures and shorter days.
