The Lobster Festival is a traditional party celebrated in Rosarito Beach, and it inaugurates the lobster capturing season in the region. The festival will be joined by renowned restaurants in Baja California which make some of the best dishes around.
The "Puerto Nuevo Style Lobster" is a typical Baja California dish which is has beans, rise and flour tortillas on the side, it has been a tradition since 1950 that started by regional fisherman, and is currently a dish that is renowned world wide.
