INGREDIENTS:
Irish Coffee:
1 cup of fresh ground coffee
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 jigger of Irish whiskey
Homemade whipped cream
Fresh nutmeg
Whipped Cream:
1 cup of heavy cream
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Whipped Cream:
Freeze a metal bowl and a whisk from 10 to 15 minutes
Pour heavy cream, add sugar and vanilla
Mix until forming peaks
Irish Coffee:
Preheat a glass cup with hot water, then add brown sugar
Pour hot coffee and add whiskey
Carefully, pour the cream on top of the coffee so it will float. DO NOT MIX.
Sprinkle some nutmeg
