San Diegos Mexican Consulate continues expanding onto the Internet. The local office launched a Twitter account, @ConsulMexSdi.
The posts Saturday announced the planned visit Sunday of Consul General Remedio Gómez Arnau to the San Diego Childrens Discovery Museum in Escondido.
The posts, in Spanish and English, began on Friday. The new account complements the consulates Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/Consulmex
The consulates Internet site – http://portal.sre.gob.mx/sandiego/ rounds up news about local activities, offers information about the variety of services, and links to other Mexican government agencies.
