In the neighborhood of La Presa Rural in Tijuana, two minors identified as Julio Cesar N and Joseph Eduardo N of 16 and 17 years respectively, were arrested after being detained by police.
What led to the arrest of these two boys was their plan to stab their classmates from the Lomas Del Refugio number 46 Middle School.
This incident occurred yesterday around 1:15p.m., when officers responded to a report of a fight at a school campus. Which after coming across Julio Cesar N., officers found on him
a kitchen knife that had a blade that measured about 23 centimeters long, and also another knife on Joseph Eduardo N. that measured about 13 centimeters long.
When asked about why they were carrying these knives around, Julio Cesar told the officers that several students had been beaten him up, so he asked his friend to "help him out to do something" for revenge.
As evidence of the attack Julio Cesar showed the officers the bumps and bruises on his arms and legs, which did not require medical attention.
Both minors were arrested by the officers who are designated to this area, and were referred to the Public Ministry for Minors of the Attorney General of the State (PGJE).
