Consul General Christopher Teal recently made a working visit to the port city of Ensenada, the consulate announced on social media.
During the visit, Teal met with representatives from the La Misión Rotary Club to discuss the consulate’s ongoing projects.

He highlighted key initiatives, including the CaliBaja Educational Consortium and the newly established EducationUSA advising center in Tijuana.
The consulate’s engagement with the Ensenada community also included a series of public events. Staff attended the “United Through Sports” basketball clinic, held for the first time in Ensenada.

In addition, students from the José María Morelos y Pavón school took part in the clinic, receiving training from student athletes at Cetys University.

Teal later participated as a panelist at the Consul General’s Cup, a craft beer competition held during the Ensenada Beer Fest, where the winning brew was selected.

“We continue to strengthen collaboration and engagement with the port of Ensenada,” the consulate said.
