Baja California has had its own sightings for many years, and now is ready to share them through this event, in which panels and book presentations on the matter will be part of the activities.
On October 6th and 7th, Tijuana will host the International UFO encounter, where lectures, Skywatchers panels, and evidence of UFOS in the skies of Baja California, Mexico and the United States will be exposed by many experts.
The entrance cost $20.00 dlls a day, and it will take place at the Multiforo of ICBC, starting at 6 pm.

On the other hand, experts want to organize a surveillance camping night at La Rumorosa, which is considered as a very important sight point of Baja; once there, a technical implementation and a night talk with the skywatchers will complete the whole experience of this event. The cost is $180.00 dlls.

-Luis Mariano Fernandez (Spain) Journalist and TV presenter of "Enigmas y Misterios" (Misteries and Enigmas)

-Alma Roehling, "Atma", got in contact in 1987 by a Pleiadian called Juno and by guardians of the Galaxy councils.
-Ruben Uriarte from the U.S., manager of Mufon, researcher and writer.
-Raul Fabrizio, author of "La Noche en el Arbol" (A Night in the Tree), based on a true story about his own experience.
-Julio Cesar Vazquez, author of "El Alienigena" (The Alien) and "La Caida de la Manipulacion" (The Fall of Manipulation).
-Julio Darwish, author of "Cuerpos sin Alma" (Soulless Bodies)
– Skywatchers and UFO Hunters: Ismael Lopez (Mexico) Emanuel Huza (Tijuana), and Stalin Valle (Mexicali).
