IMCO compiles and analyzes official data from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) to generate reliable indicators on average wages and economic performance across states. These figures allow for the evaluation of social and economic development, and in Baja California’s case, they reflect significant progress, placing the state among the best in terms of labor income.

Governor Marina del Pilar stressed that Baja California is moving toward a future with more and better job opportunities, as well as higher incomes for its residents, reinforcing a model of equitable and sustainable development.
