The trio caused an international sensation last month on the Internet with their cover of Adele's "Rolling in the Deep", which has registered 14 million views so far.
They launched that song on iTunes, where it was the sitting in first place on Wednesday, besting even Adele's own version, and sharing the Top 10 list with Jesse and Joy, Rihanna and Maroon 5.
The siblings are 10-year-old vocalist Angela, drummer Gustavo and keyboard and guitar player Abelardo Vázquez.
The siblings announced the launch of their holiday song through the Facebook and Twitter accounts Tuesday. Almost immediately, the video became a "trending topic" on Twitter.
The siblings announced last week that they had signed a contract with Sony Music despite earlier comments from their father that they would focus on school, with music as a hobby.
