After so many controversies, fights and bickering. The Venezuelan presidential election winner is Nicolas Maduro with 50.66% of the votes over Henrique Capriles who finished with 49.70% of the votes.
This news was just announced by the president of the National Electoral Council, Tibisay Lucena.
