Ingredients
1 lb. butter
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Zest of 1 piece of orange
¼ cup white granulated sugar
Preparation
Pour the flour, butter, powdered sugar and orange zest in a bowl.
Mix well until ingredients form dough.
With your hands form small flat uniform balls, place them in a tray and press down with a fork.
Bake at 350°F degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle one by one with granulated sugar while they are hot.
