BAJA CALIFORNIA.- In 2011, after years of inactivity Baja Studios open up its doors again to film a new production directed by producers Eduardo Verastegui and Leo Severino, with a budget that rounded up to 20 million dollars.

The film tells the story of Pepper Busbee a 9 year old boy who hasn't quite develop yet and due to his small height is nicknamed "Little Boy"; and when his only friend who happens to be his father is called to war, Pepper will try to do the impossible to bring him back.

After being 3 years in post-production the film finally arrives to the big screen this February 27th in some US theaters, its premiere in Mexico has yet to be confirmed.



The film directed by the Mexican film director Alejandro Monteverde took as part of their locations the Casa de la Cultura in Tijuana, Baja Studios in Popotla, Laguna Salada in Mexicali and part of Ensenada's vegetation for the making of different scenes.

With an outstanding cast the film stars Academy Nominee Emily Watson and Tom Wilkinson, with special appearances by Michael Rapaport, David Henrie and introducing Jakob Salvati as Pepper Busbee.
