A trolley incident was reported Wednesday morning in downtown San Diego.

Early reports circulating on social media claimed that two trains had collided near the New Children’s Museum, but authorities later clarified that this information was inaccurate.

According to a spokesperson for the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, the incident occurred on C Street near America Plaza.
