Baja California?s gastronomy is the center of international attention lately and that is mostly thanks to Chef Javier Plascencia. His main goal is to make a gastronomic destination of this region and, for that, he has dedicated his life to promoting a unique cuisine based on local products. On this 3rd installment of "Baja California Dreaming?, Bill Esparza, writer of the Street Gourmet LA blog tries a few signature dishes prepared by Chef Plascencia himself. In his restaurant Misión 19 Chef Javier Plascencia showcases Baja Med Gastronomy preparing delicious food made with 100% local products.
