This weekend in Mexico like in the United States, Chivas will play their respective clasicos. Chivas of Guadalajara will visit the nation's capital to play against the current champion and top of the league Club America. While Chivas USA will face their stadium neighbors and current MLS champions Los Angeles Galaxy.
The Mexican league clasico will take place on Saturday October 5 at 5:00PM local time (3:00PM pacific time) from the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. While the LA Clasico is scheduled for Sunday October 6 at 2:00PM local time from the StubHub Center in Los Angeles.
Things don't look good for either Chivas side as both champions America and Galaxy are expected to take away wins.
In the Liga Bancomer MX, Club America is currently at the top of the table with 28 points while Chivas of Guadalajara are in 15th place from 18 teams with only 8 points.
And in the MLS Western Conference the LA Galaxy are in 4th place and still inside of the playoffs zone with 45 points while Chivas USA are at the bottom of the table with 26 points.
Can any of the Jorge Vergara Chivas teams come away with a surprising win this weekend?
