In the category of "Best Concept" is a favorite in the Valle de Guadalupe, Finca Altozano by Chef Javier Plascencia. Finca Altozano is known for its locally-sourced menu, based off of ingredients available in local ranches, farms, and orchards, as well as a unique dining experience. Another favorite on the list in that same category is Verde y Crema, one of our readers' favorites. Chef Jair Téllez has managed to transform a space in the city that will remove you from its urban surroundings and offer a completely unique dining experience. The endemic food and fresh ingredients make Verde y Crema an exquisite option. They also have one of the best craft beer selection around. Click for directions.
