One of Rosarito’s signature summer events is returning next month with an evening that blends Baja California’s wine culture, live entertainment and philanthropy.

Noche Blanca BC will celebrate its eighth edition on August 1st at Castillo del Mar in Rosarito, bringing together local wineries, musicians, artists and food vendors for an oceanfront event that also supports community organizations.

Organizers describe Noche Blanca as an evening with a white dress code, where guests enjoy the region’s culinary and cultural offerings while supporting local charitable initiatives.

An evening that gives back

This year’s event will benefit Alma Migrante and DIF Rosarito, continuing Noche Blanca BC’s tradition of supporting nonprofit organizations serving the local community.

Festivities begin from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a welcome reception featuring DJ Marte, commemorative wine glasses and tastings from several Baja California wineries.

Guests will also be able to explore displays from local businesses, watch live body painting by artist Una Christiana and enjoy a performance by famous magician Héctor.

Music will remain at the center of the evening with performances by Sammy’s People and Carina Aguayo before the celebration moves to the beach at 8:30 p.m.

The oceanfront portion of the event will feature a food market with 16 vendors serving regional cuisine, beverages and craft beer.

The night will conclude with a performance by La Gran Familia de Mexicali, turning the beach into an open-air dance floor overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
