TIJUANA.- Kisha is the name of the new American bear that will accompany Yogi, another Bear at Morelos Park (Parque Morelos), hoping that this species, which is in danger of extinction, can procreate and the family grows in the zoo.

This species is known as Ursus Americanus, a bear found in wooded areas of Mexico, the United States and Canada; however, these animals are not totally carnivorous because 75% of their food is vegetable, carrion and even insects.

Kisha, who arrived in good health, was in Zoosafari, another zoo in Tijuana with which Morelos Park made an exchange, explained Juan Alberto López, caretaker of the zoo animals.
